Full Semester Membership – $104.00
1 Semester Membership – $52.50
2 Semester Membership – $52.50

Full Semester includes the full year while the 1st Semester includes Sep to Dec 31st 2024 and the 2nd Semester includes Jan to Jun 2025. *There is a 3% +0.30 Cent processing fee to pay online (Already added) to cover the cost inured by the credit card company.

Payment options include cash or check made out to MCHN

MCHN dues are $50 per family per semester. The payment(s) may be paid in advance for the whole year or by semester: Sept 30th, 2024, and Jan 30, 2025.

Membership includes – Activity Days, Field Trips (additional costs possible), Yearbook Option, Track Discount, Mom Nights, Family Events

If membership dues are not financially possible please reach out to David & Aimee at leadership@mchncolorado.org – there may be partial scholarships available.

TOTAL DUE WITH THIS REGISTRATION FORM or no later than Sept. 30, 2024 is $50 unless paying in full for both semesters: $100.
